Dear ICMCE 2025 Conference Participants,

As previously announced, the selected papers will be published in a proceedings volume As previously announced, the selected papers will be published in a proceedings volume edited by Springer andindexed in Scopus.

During the conference, forty-four contributions were shortlisted. A number of these will be selected for publication based on compliance with the following criteria:

• Maximum length of ten pages
• Original content with added scientific value
• High-quality English writing
• Plagiarism rate below 15%
• AI-generated content rate below 15%

We invite you to review, correct, and enhance your papers to ensure a high scientific and editorial standard, in line with the requirements of the journal.

An initial local selection will be conducted to retain only those contributions that meet the expected quality standards. The journal will then carry out its own evaluation based on its editorial and scientific criteria.

Deadline: June 1, 2025
